Thales Norway - a key supplier to ACCS

ThalesRaytheonSystems is the prime contractor for NATO’s Air Command and Control System Level of Capability 1 (ACCS LOC1). ACCS LOC1 sets new standards of integration for air operations in Europe, providing a single, integrated approach to planning, tasking, monitoring and mission execution. Thales Norway is responsible for providing the Voice Communication System based on our ACEcom product for control rooms. Full installation was complete at six sites by the end of 2008. Installation over more than ten new sites throughout Europe is planned for the next six years. The ACCS programme also utilises our Cryptel IP product for encryption, and its messaging services are based on the use of our XOmail product. |
