| Competence building helps employees to take the right decisions faster with greater accuracy and it contributes to the development of a spinal reflex for ethical behaviour. Competence building initiatives are important tools for building a culture of awareness and conciseness and to strive for continuous improvement. Any effective implementation of corporate responsibilities’ and a compliance regime will happen through the commitment of the employees and, including an open environment of trust and integrity. We also believe that employees must be willing to raise and resolve violations of compliance or ethics standards at the lowest level possible. To do so, they must feel confident that they can take action without fear of negative reaction. To facilitate this, we have an ongoing and comprehensive competence building and focus on the following strategy; As far as possible, use simple and cost effective methods to disseminate and communicate necessary information swift, easily accessible, and understandable, to all employees.
